Jantson grew up in Texas and spent over a decade working in the home construction and building inspection industries before founding Surety Home Inspections in 2022. That hands-on background shapes the way he approaches every inspection — he understands how homes are built, where they fail, and what actually matters to a buyer trying to make a sound decision.
He is a proud member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and holds both the InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) credential and the InterNACHI Infrared Certified designation. The infrared certification means thermal imaging is part of every inspection Jantson performs — at no extra charge.
Jantson is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC License #26094) and operates in full compliance with the Texas Standards of Practice for home inspectors.
